Reliability Restriction in the Az LM System due to FPGA Serial IO Board limitation
During product testing, a reliability restriction was identified in the Az LM system related to a failure mode of the Serial IO Board equipped with an FPGA.
The part number of the concerned Serial IO Board is 3CR90753BAAA. No other part number is subject to the limitation.
Important to note that this restriciton has no safety impact.

FAQ
The failure is a random failure on the FPGA SIO (3CR90753BAAA), related to the 5 Volt power supply of the FPGA.
In case of a component failure on one FPGA SIO, the communication of the CAN-Bus is no longer possible, the whole ACE is disturbed and all connected DP fail.
The failure has no safety impact.
